These terms apply when you post a property on Property Platform. Please read the relevant section for Sale and Rent.
For Sale
Terms for Property Sale
- Your details and photos will be verified by our team before going live on the website.
- We will try our best to sell your property through online and offline efforts, sharing all info and photos with clients.
- You grant us full permission to advertise your property online and offline using its information and photos.
- Brokerage: Upon successful sale (above or below ₹1 Crore), you agree to pay 2% brokerage to Property Platform.
For Rent
Terms for Property Rent
- Your details and photos will be verified before the property goes live on the website.
- We will try our best to rent out your property through online and offline efforts, sharing details with matched tenants.
- We may share property details and photos with potential tenants for better reach. You have no objection to this.
- Brokerage: If rented through us, you agree to pay one month's fixed rent as brokerage to Property Platform.
General Terms
- You confirm that all information and photos you provide are true, lawful, and that you have full rights to publish them.
- Property Platform is an intermediary. We are not responsible for ownership disputes or legal issues between parties.
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Property Platform may use property details and photos for marketing across online and offline channels to maximize reach and conversions.
