Welcome to Property Platform. By submitting your property details and photographs for listing, you agree to the following:

1. Property Listing & Verification

  • All property details, documents, and photographs you submit will be verified by our team.
  • Your property will only go live on our platform after successful verification.
  • You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and lawful.

2. Use of Property Information & Photographs

  • You grant Property Platform full permission to use your property's details and photographs for marketing and advertising.
  • We may promote your property through:
  • Online: Website, App, Social Media, Property Portals
  • Offline: Print Ads, Brochures, Banners, Hoardings
  • You have no objection to the use of this information for promotional purposes.

3. Sales & Brokerage

  • Property Platform will make every effort to facilitate the sale of your property through online and offline promotions.
  • If your property's sale value is above ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore) → Brokerage Fee: 2% of the final sale value.
  • If your property's sale value is below ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore) → Brokerage Fee: 2% of the final sale value.
  • Brokerage is payable at the time of sale transaction closure.

4. Owner's Responsibility

  • You confirm you are the lawful owner of the property or have legal authority to list it.
  • You agree to provide all necessary documents for verification and sale.
  • You will inform us immediately about any changes in ownership, price, or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Property Platform is an intermediary platform that connects buyers and sellers.
  • We are not responsible for ownership disputes, pricing disagreements, or legal issues between buyers and sellers.

6. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
